Celebration Service

On January 26, 2019, we celebrated the life and love of Tony Lynn. We videotaped the event for those who were unable to attend. During the service, we played an excerpt of a roast Tony delivered in 1997 of his friend and mentor Steve Scheffer from HBO. It is classic Tony; enjoy. (It is available in the video of the service and by itself).

Tony’s nephew-in-law Darren compiled this photo slide show of Tony throughout his life.

To quote Damien from the celebration, live life as Tony would:
1. Don’t spend time with assholes;
2. Don’t focus on the small stuff;
3. Be able to tell a good story;
4. Always focus on human connection;
5. Don’t let ego get in the way;
6. Focus on what matters and the people that love you, because life is fleeting but our relationships are not; and
7. There are too many things outside of our control and all good things must come to an end.
